The Beginning
Every plate, a seasonal canvas
Flowers Saratoga is where culinary craftsmanship meets artistic expression. Our kitchen celebrates the geography and community that surrounds us with diverse, elevated dishes.
Flowers is a reflection of a lifetime of traveling around the world and blending those experiences into a shareable, lively format. Both owners were raised in the Italian and Greek cultures, where fresh ingredients and hospitality were the pillars of daily life.
The restaurant opened its doors in the summer of 2020, right next door to our sister restaurant, The Hero Ranch Kitchen, with plates presented as beautifully as the name promises.
